Terms of Service

1. Services and approved scope

Vegas Strike Ops, a service of Vegas Logistics Group, provides event structure setup, breakdown, loading and unloading, storage transfer, venue reset and related labor services.

All services require an approved scope of work before mobilization. Each pricing tier covers the crew size, service window and standard layout stated in the approved scope — not unlimited labor.

2. Purchase and payment

Submitting a job request is free — no payment is required until a crew accepts. Your request is offered to fully vetted local crews, and you are only asked to pay after a crew accepts your job. Payment completes the purchase of the selected services and quantities; the requested service date and time remain subject to operational confirmation and venue requirements.

Payments are accepted from United States customers only and are processed in U.S. dollars through our secure payment processor. Card details are never stored on our systems.

Additional charges may apply for work outside the approved scope, including wait time, long carries, stairs, elevators, oversized freight, multiple trips, specialty equipment and complex handling.

3. Scheduling and crew assignment

Requested service dates, arrival times and completion times are requests until confirmed by Vegas Strike Ops. After payment, Vegas Strike Ops sources and assigns an available crew from its existing crew network and confirms the schedule in your account portal.

Vegas Strike Ops does not guarantee a specific crew, individual worker or vehicle.

4. Venue rules and third-party charges

All work is subject to venue rules, exclusive-service requirements and authorized access. Any fees, penalties, access charges, handling charges, storage charges, overtime charges or other costs imposed by the venue, facility, convention center, general contractor or exclusive service provider are the client's responsibility and are not included in Vegas Strike Ops pricing unless expressly stated in the approved scope of work.

5. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate venue details, booth numbers, dock instructions, access credentials, onsite contacts and any required venue authorizations, and for ensuring materials are available at the agreed time.

Delays caused by venue access, missing materials or inaccurate information may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

6. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Change requests must be submitted through your account portal or in writing and are subject to crew availability and venue requirements.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on how close the cancellation is to the scheduled service window and on costs already incurred, including crew commitments and travel. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method and recorded on your order.

7. Limitations

We do not set up DJ booths or food displays. Catering booth structures may be set up, but our services do not include food products or perishables.

Electrical wiring, ceiling-hung elements and similar specialty work may be available only with an approved scope and where permitted by the venue.

Onsite storage services are subject to venue authorization, storage availability and exclusive material-handling rules.

8. Liability

Vegas Strike Ops is not liable for pre-existing damage, defects in client-supplied materials, losses caused by inaccurate client information, venue-imposed restrictions or events outside its reasonable control. Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

9. Governing terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Continued use of this site and purchase of services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
