Submitting a request is completely free. Your card is never touched — and never even requested — until a vetted crew has accepted your job. If no crew takes it, you owe nothing.
Choose your event day and time window first, then select exactly what you need — setup, breakdown, setup + breakdown, truck loading or unloading, storage and equipment transfer, or custom event support. Every size tier and add-on is its own line item with its own quantity.
Add the venue, booth number, requested arrival and completion windows, approximate square footage, dock instructions and your onsite contact. Upload floor plans or venue paperwork if you have them.
Review the full line-item breakdown and submit. No card, no payment, nothing charged. You get an order number immediately and your request moves straight onto the crew job board.
Your request is offered to fully vetted crews — every one carries verified certificates of insurance. The first crew to accept is locked in, and other crews are stood down automatically. You'll see the acceptance in your account portal the moment it happens.
Only after a crew accepts do we ask for payment. Pay by ACH bank transfer for free, or by credit or debit card for a 3% fee — we can even pick up a check. If no crew accepts, you're never charged.
