Service disclaimers
- All services require an approved scope of work before mobilization. Each pricing tier covers the crew size, service window and standard layout stated in the approved scope—not unlimited labor.
- Wait time, long carries, stairs, elevators, oversized freight, multiple trips, specialty equipment and complex handling may require additional charges.
- Any fees, penalties, access charges, handling charges, storage charges, overtime charges or other additional costs imposed by the venue, facility, convention center, general contractor or exclusive service provider are not included in Vegas Strike Ops pricing and are not the responsibility of Vegas Strike Ops unless expressly stated in the approved scope of work. The client is responsible for any such venue-related charges.
- Onsite storage services are subject to venue authorization, storage availability and exclusive material-handling rules.
- Electrical wiring, ceiling-hung elements and similar specialty work may be available only with an approved scope.
- We do not set up DJ booths or food displays. Catering booth structures may be set up, but our services do not include food products or perishables.
- All work is subject to venue rules, exclusive-service requirements and an authorized scope.
