Information we collect

Order information such as selected services, quantities, venue and event details, booth numbers, dock instructions, onsite contacts and any documents or photos you upload.

Transaction information such as order totals, payment status, card brand, the last four digits of the card and receipt references. Full card numbers are never received or stored by us.

Technical information such as basic log data needed to operate and secure the site.

How we use information

To create and manage your account, process your order, take payment, assign a crew, confirm scheduling and communicate service updates.

To provide customer support, maintain records of completed work and handle refunds or disputes.

To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. Card data is submitted directly to the processor over an encrypted connection. We receive only a confirmation, the payment status and limited card metadata.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with assigned crews and, where required, with the venue or general contractor to perform your service.

We share information with service providers who host our systems and process payments, and where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Uploads and documents

Files you upload are stored in private storage. Only you and authorized Vegas Strike Ops administrators can access them.

Retention and security

We retain order and transaction records as long as needed for service delivery, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Access is restricted by role, and data is protected in transit and at rest.

Your choices

You can view and update your account details and order information in your account portal, and you can request correction or deletion of your personal information where the law allows.
